Graduate Center Weihenstephan and TUM Graduate School

In 2009 the TU Munich set the research-led doctoral qualification as a core area and founded the TUM Graduate School (TUM GS) as central scientific institute.

Since then the TUM-GS offers for each doctoral candidate of TUM an attractive qualification program during his or her doctoral project .

The Graduate Center Weihenstephan is on the one hand a part of the TUM GS and on the other hand a unit of TUM School of Life Sciences Weihenstephan. To support all doctoral candidates of the TUM School of Life Sciences in the best way, the GZW offers a demand-oriented qualification program, which fits the requirements of the TUM GS and is adapted to local needs.

Because of this as a member of Graduate Center Weihenstephan you are a member of TUM Graduate School, too.
