If you need help to resolve a conflict, there are different approaches depending on the situation:
1. Help from the GC LS
If the conflict is based on pure facts, e.g. in the doctoral process, we are happy to help clarify this and clear up misunderstandings. Contact GC LS
2. Coaching
If the conflict is more personal and you need to find a way to talk to each other in a goal-oriented and sensible way, coaching can help you. Together with a coach, you can analyze the problem and find different approaches to conduct the conversation independently. Individual coaching offer from TUM
