Interdisciplinary qualification for students

The Munich Center for Technology in Society (MCTS) offers workshops and seminars mainly for students at the TUM but also doctoral candidates: for more reflexivity, more diversity, more creativity.

MCTS lecturers teach together with experts from science, media and industry. Historians, educators, philosophers and sociologists teach knowledge from the social sciences and humanities as well as important interdisciplinary skills.

We attach great importance to small groups! In our courses, bachelor and master students from all over TUM come together.

Enjoy interdisciplinarity!

  • When physicists and engineers try out comics in knowledge transfer,
  • When computer and political scientists discuss the consequences of digitization or
  • When biologists and mathematicians "take the lead".

Think further with seminars and workshops at WTG@MCTS!
